8A. REFUND AND CANCELLATION (MONTHLY PLAN)
With the monthly payment members can freely decide to unsubscribe at any time at no cost. Under no circumstances can refunds be given for total or partial payments.
8B. REFUND AND CANCELLATION (1-TIME FULL COURSE PAYMENT)
In the case of the purchase of the entire course in a single payment, new members will have 30 days cooling off period from the date of purchase. Refunds will consist of the amounts Insonnia Team cashed, which means Insonnia Team will be able to refund 50% of the amount paid minus the charges applied by the payment gateway company (e.g. Paypal). However Insonnia Team will not deduct charges amounting to more than 5% of the full amount paid. Recurring billings will be automatically deleted.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
